About life challenges

Life is not always easy nor fair. We all have to face difficult times and challenges that can seem insurmountable. It takes hard work, determination and a strong sense of purpose. The progress of society is the testament to the fact that we can overcome seemingly impossible obstacles. In the past, people had to work together to build roads, bridges and other infrastructure that allowed society to progress, but now a new component must be taken care of, your inner persona, this constant companion, the one you talk to, fight and struggle with. Ultimately, it’s a wild version of you, free to will, unchained from social restrictions but surely influenced by some of its laws.

You will never fully agree with it, many times it will try to guide you on bad mood, towards desperation or even lack of sense, nevertheless you must have those discussions, they arrive, even as fear and challenge you to think further and importantly, they allow you to understand your issues and ultimately help you fix them. A great person is not only the one that strive to a greatest progress but also acknowledges their inner difficulties and struggles, that many times are encontered in the worst shown in the worst possible moments.

Small steps in life are the most valuable ones

The key to overcoming obstacles is to take small steps at a time. We can always make small progress by working hard on the present and not letting ourselves get overwhelmed by the future. We can also find motivation in having a purpose and setting goals. When we have a clear goal in mind, it gives us motivation to overcome any difficulties along the way.

Life is short, but it is also incredibly meaningful. It can be hard, but it is also worth it. We can make the most of our lives by embracing the challenges that come our way and working hard to overcome them. We can also find strength in having a purpose and working through small steps towards a greater goal.

Aiming high is not only an option, but it’s worth to try

Last year I read a few articles and books on self-help and a particular topic that I felt it wasn’t touched on was the expectation for the future and it’s intrinsic desire I have to experience it. Naturally, in a precarious condition, first and foremost, the goal is to overcome current problems, may that be an actual shocking event that happened in life, depression, anxiety and/or desperation of the current state. I believe putting ourselves as expectators and willing participants of the future is neccesary, is a tool for well-being and importantly a way to schedule our lives to a greater goal, a purpose that could help us in the seemengly unpredictable present.

I’m not taking about day-dreaming (which nevertheless I believe as important) but about putting your life with goals for your community and society. We are the ones in charge of the future, we can create positive impact in our surroundings and enhance each other lives. Create your mantra, repeat it whenever you are facing difficulties and when you are happy. Find your balance, whichever that one might be.

Do not forget to enjoy, perspective is always a requirement

Even though we might be in a difficult position, e.g. when decisions must be taken and with unpredictable consequences, like to your present, how difficult is your life right now? Do you have issues going to the supermaket? Is there food in your fridge? Is could be that you don’t life in the safest place on the planet, your government might not work as efficiently as expected but there is always someone worst that your, dealing with greater fears and problems, and trying the best it can to live.

Conclusion

The picture you see comes from a GANS models, prompted with the keywords: challenge, future expectation, happiness.
